You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting.
