Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation and upkeep of our commercial facilities. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components. Support building cleanliness and safety through routine checks of fire exits, alarms, emergency lighting, and security features.
