Maintain janitor closets, supplies and equipment clean and organized Inform property manager when supplies are needed Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times. General cleanliness of property Other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned Daily reports sent in writing to the on site property manager Follow proper timekeeping protocol Drive to different properties to clean apartments when need it

Duties Include/But are not Limited Cleaning the property making sure its clean at all times there are 4 properties in one location. Cleaning mirrors/wiping down furniture. Cleaning ceiling lights/Replacing Burnt out lights. Cleaning spider webs/Cleaning property cameras . Blowing leaves once a day. Hosing down property in the morning. Keeping track of houshould supplies. There are 3 dogs that need to be walked and have their meals prepared daily BEING HANDY IS A PLUS. Must have CAR to get to work. Must have Driver Licence Must be able to travel to New york and Pensylvania Regularly.
