Client is a 55yr old paraplegic man. I used to be a chef so a love for cooking is a plus. I need assistance w getting dressed/undressed, medication , errands , laundry, dishwasher and transferring from my chair to the shower chair. I will also need assistance with meal prep, showering and transporting me to appointments. We do have an ADA van, we’ll show you how to use it and how to safely strap me in. We need you to have a valid drivers license and a good driving record required. Stretching, range of motion exercises and light weight work out assistance. Must like or tolerate cats, We will need to do a background check before the position is given. looking for Monday 9-330 pm. Thursdays 9-330. Then Tuesday , Wednesday Friday 5/9pm

I am looking for a female who can help me during the weekdays, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with no specific hour lunch break or 8:30am to 5:30pm with a hour lunch break, the hours may vary or change at times. The current hourly pay rate starts at $20.81 D.O.E. through Consumer Direct/DSHS, 40 hours a week. If possible, cover an occasional night/weekend/holiday which is overtime. There is paid vacation hours, raises, Medical and Dental benefits. Within the first three to four months of starting this job there is a paid 70 hour training course that caregivers must take. This job position is through Consumer Direct/DSHS not an Agency. This individual must have a clean background and a valid driver's license. Also, be able to provide a driving record to drive my minivan while going through the application process. JOB DUTIES: must be able to lift at least 100 lbs. easily without an assisted device, dressing, toileting, bathing, shaving, personal hygiene, feeding, cleaning, cooking, laundry. Seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Direct Support Professional to assist a nonverbal young man by providing light meal prep, coaching cues, and verbal prompts. Assistance will also be needed with food monitoring, mild assistance while walking on uneven surfaces, and help with toileting. Female medical assistant (provider is male - female assistant needed as chaperone) with phlebotomy certification and experience needed to serve as assistant/office manager/front desk for a clinic that treats individuals with substance use disorder. Dress: scrubs or business casual. Full time work. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between clinics in Decatur, Norcross, and Buford clinics, 1 day at each location. 3 clinic days a week; phone and admin 5 days a week. Ability to work independently required, ideally with strong customer service and organizational skills. 90 days probationary pay $19/hour, after successful completion of probation, $21/hour with monthly bonus, paid federal holidays and 10 days paid time off/year.
