LINE COOK Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience Strong foundation in both Italian and Japanese cuisine Clean, fast, and precise execution in a high-volume setting Professionalism and reliability are a must 2. PIZZA COOK At least 5 years of proven pizza-making experience Skilled in dough handling, oven work, and classic Italian techniques Experience with focaccia and wood-fired ovens is a plus Must deliver consistent quality under pressure 3.
