Key Responsibilities Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Working Conditions / Essential Functions Flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, with extended standing, walking, and occasional squatting or reaching. Ability to grasp, push, and lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume foodservice setting. Proven supervisory experience, ideally in a bakery or café environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe Manager certification required). Ability to effectively manage inventory and food costs. Passion for baking and an eye for detail. Preferred Skills Previous experience with French pastries, desserts, or specialty cafés. Shifts: Sunday through Saturday 7PM - 2:30AM Cook: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality. Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist with inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Dishwasher: Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors and counters. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils. Assist with other cleaning duties as needed. Barback: Support bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Restock liquor, beer, and supplies throughout the shift. Assist in cleaning glasses, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area stays clean. Help with deliveries and setting up bar stations. Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or bar environment is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Route Relief Driver                                                                              $23.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE You will join our team as a full-time Route Relief Driver. You will ensure that all customer invoicing and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, prior to each delivery day, you will review customer paperwork for special needs – identifying upsell opportunities, and how to best position our products or services to meet client’s needs.   Other responsibilities include: Loading and unloading product Organizing and securing products in your vehicle Delivering fresh product, and collecting soiled product for laundering Consistently building rapport with customers, and adding value through your delivery Monitoring and seeking feedback from customers on perceived levels of service Consulting customers on additional product options Collaborating with Route Managers, Service Managers and Key Account Managers to creating solutions for current customer needs.
