Basic furniture can be provided (desk, bed) if needed. 2- Upper (2nd floor). Carpet floor. The room is 10 feet x 10 feet. Closet. Basic furniture can be provided (desk, bed) if needed. Bathrooms are shared. One bathroom lower level. One bathroom upper level. Rent is $775 with one year lease (month to month is also available) -> Basic furniture provided (desk and bed). -> Includes Wi-Fi + utilities (for normal usage). -> Laundry in garage (washing and drying). -> Month-to-month or annual lease. -> Calm, quiet living conditions -> Great fit for working professionals or students. -> No smoking, heavy drinking, or drugs. -> Minimum age: 18. -> Minimal kitchen privileges (coffee, microwave, fridge, etc). -> If shared, reasonable bathroom cleaning will be provided (semi-monthly). -> AC will be on on-need basis and temperature set in agreement with others. -> Location: Solero Way, Salida.
