THE BASICS: $ 1000 /month (+ $100/month utilities, including 1gb high-speed internet) Deposit: $1000 Furnished Request minimum 6 months lease, will consider shorter term lease for higher rent No pets, no smoking, no drugs THE HOME: Kitchen has a lot of natural light. There are two large fridges + 1 mini fridge, two kitchen prep areas with two sinks, two microwaves, and gas stove/oven. Ample kitchen storage space. Full-size dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. There are two living rooms. No A/C, but fan is usually good enough even during the summer. Plenty of street parking, and there's also 3 off-street parking spots (first come, first served daily). CURRENT ROOMMATES: Current roommates are all in their 20s to 30s and have professional jobs including hardware engineer, cook, occupational therapist, machinist, software engineer, etc. Jaime: F, in 30s, works in school, hobbies include watching Youtube and working out. Because of my job I eat outside of the house and won’t be using the stove very often, except on my day off. Mostly stay to myself and I clean up behind myself. Alex: M, early 30s, I am currently an Assembly technician being trained on the job by a machinist, I tend to wake up around six in the morning not because of work, and my work schedule is pretty loose, but I prefer to get up and go. I try to be quiet. I generally stay in the room, either playing games on my pc or watching anime and general tv. Timur (Alex): My name is Alex. I am 30 years old, M. I work as a software QA engineer. I work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I’m not at home all the time. I’m very friendly and clean person. I like hiking, surfing and meeting new people.
