Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for the team. ​Requirements ​Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the cleaning, hospitality, or service industry. ​Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff. ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and employees. ​Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. ​Proficiency with business management software, including scheduling tools and CRM systems. ​Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ​Successful completion of a full background check is required. ​Compensation & Details ​Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour. ​Hours: This is a part-time position, with 18 to 35 hours per week available. ​If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for building a world-class service team, we encourage you to apply.
