END DUMP-TRANSFER DRIVER - (Dixon, CA)

Weber General Engineering, is currently hiring local Transfer/End Dump Class A Drivers in your area! Our equipment ranges from dump trucks, transfers, end-dumps, and flatbeds. Are primary focus on safety and service when delivering construction material to job sites and yard. Weber General Engineering is a Heavy Civil Construction Company. Qualifications: 1) High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) 2) Valid Class A driver license and a clean DMV record 3) Knowledge, comprehension, and compliance with DOT rules/regulations 4) Must have experience Construction including Transfers, End Dumps, Flatbeds, and moving construction material. 5) Minimum of 5 years’ experience needed in construction field driving 6) Scheduling and map reading experience 7) Demonstrated organization and accuracy skills: self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects/ tasks with competing deadlines. Responsibilities: 1) Compliance with all Federal, State and company driving regulations 2) Interfacing with customers in a friendly professional manner, deliver superior customer service. 3) Verifying assigned delivery route for the day: obtaining the proper delivery tickets and load sheets along with any other resources in order to successfully complete deliveries. 4) Locating assigned equipment in yard: performing a vehicle pre trip inspection and recording any deficiencies: checking load in trailer for stability while transporting and accurately counting product. 5) Loading equipment on trailer for return to our locations: maintaining accurate records of transported equipment. 6) Maintaining records of all P.P.E. on job sites and quarry’s. 7) Completing preventive maintenance requirements: troubleshooting malfunctions: maintaining safe vehicle conditions Benefits of CDL Class A Driver: 1) Excellent Benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 2) Paid time off (Sick paid 3 days per year) 3) Paid Holidays
