Place finished products in boxes for shipping and storage using the appropriate packing materials to prevent breakage or damage. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world. Primary tasks: -- Glassing Molds -- Assembling Blanks -- Cutting Blanks Occasional Additional tasks: -- Prepping Blanks For Paint -- Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks Starting rate is $16/hr with a 30 day evaluation period. Raise is possible at the 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. Most employees are up to $17/hr at the 90 day mark.
