SKILLS REQUIRED: • 5+ years of Carpentry and Installation • 5+ years of general construction experience, including finish carpentry • Understand the dynamics of a Building’s plumbing: electrical and HVAC systems • Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job and generate accurate lists of everything that is required • Ensure on-site Subcontractors are performing within scope of work • Physical ability to climb on roofs, into confined spaces and carry 50 -75 lbs. • Ability to work independently • Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job. • Must own General Tools • Professional appearance/demeanor and positive attitude • Clean driving record/background check and drug free • Provide exceptional customer service Full or Part Time year-round work.
