We seek an experienced crew lead to join our team, either full-time (40 hrs) or part-time (minimum 3 days/ week). Our schedule is from 8-4, Monday through Friday (no weekends). This is a year-round position. The right candidate will have proficiency in all aspects of garden care: correct pruning, mulching, and planting techniques, western Washington weed and plant identification, and more. We seek someone with a depth of horticultural knowledge that surpasses the typical “mow and blow” landscaping operation. We will work with the right person to train them in our standards and systems before placing them in leadership. Specifically, we need someone who knows ornamental and native landscape plants and how to care for them. If you have worked in a mow & blow operation or landscape construction, this is a different skill set.
