Responsibilities Assist customers with service, repair and explanation of each service needed Understand the advisor position and presenting maintenance menus to customers Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required Assist the Parts department with any special-order parts Continued training and oversee GM requirements Ensuring all service employees are up to date with GM training and requirements Understand the dispatching system Manage open RO list with advisors Work with Advisors to post and close all non-warranty repair orders in a timely manner Maintain a continual communication flow with the Sales department and Recon Maintain a positive dialog with customers to handle their questions and concerns to a satisfactory resolve Qualifications Prior service employment is beneficial, but we will train the right candidate Strong focus on providing excellent customer service High school diploma or higher education Clean driving record & valid driver's license Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan + Match Paid time off and vacation Short/Long Term Disability/Flex/Life Growth opportunities

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within our facility. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to load and unload materials and products. Perform order picking using RF scanners and ensure accurate inventory management. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
