Industry Leading Manufacturer in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Press Brake Operators Immediately! As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible to set up and operates a CNC Brake Press to manufacture parts from sheet metal. Prepares, sets up, and adjusts brake press as required by product plans and production schedules. Shift: Day shift, 7am Pay: $24-$28 an hour, Depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Brake Press. Read and interpret Blueprints Use measuring tools, calipers, tape measure. Recognize different material type/gauge. Check work for accuracy and completeness. Follow standard shop practices and verbal instructions. Must be able to understand established procedures and work instructions. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-60 lbs. Report any mechanical issues to maintenance supervisors Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 3 years of CNC Brake Press Operator experience Ability to read and understand documents written in standard English Be safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable and reliable Set up and operate CNC Press Brake Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers Read and interpret blueprints Apply shop math for accurate production Qualified candidate must be able to work full-time day shift hours. The Project Manager is a mid-management classification that functions as a facilities manager. Within established policies and procedures, the incumbent works with a high degree of independence in identifying and implementing management projects and establishing priorities. Basic Functions: The duties listed below are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification, but not limited to: • Plan, manage, organize, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day activities of the building Maintenance technician teams. • Coordinate division activities with other departments, programs and / or outside contractors and vendors. • Maintains records and writes reports. • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of building maintenance and repair work such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, paint, flooring. • Quality control visits to sites throughout Central & Northern California • 70% of time spent visiting potential projects, meeting customers, visiting job sites, out of office throughout Central & Northern California • 30% of time spent in office scheduling, creating proposals, updating project coordinators • Minimal travel within California (approximately 2x every other month) • Must be Team player / Can do attitude (Not afraid to get your hands dirty) • Must be flexible on schedule as needed • Available for occasional after-hours calls • Complete others tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills: • Must have a valid CA Driver License and clean DMV record • A minimum of three years working in the construction / building maintenance field is required Additional Information: • FLSA: Full Time Salary Exempt • Benefits: 401K (matching), Health Benefits, Vacation, Holidays • Education: minimum of two (2) years college education in construction management, business administration, or leadership equivalent. • Work Location: Multiple Locations
