Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) at RSI in North Branch, MN (North Branch)
RSI has been working in communities in Minnesota since 1978 in home and community-based settings for people living with disabilities and mental illness, providing a range of services catered for individuals of all ages, identities, and abilities. We believe that all people, regardless of their disability, can live successfully in a community-based setting given the proper supports. Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties for RSI buildings and grounds in East Central Minnesota. This position will provide maintenance support to RSI locations in North Branch, Mora, Cambridge, Princeton, Taylors Falls, Sandstone, and surrounding cities. Scheduling requirements will include Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional paid call-in shifts during night and weekend hours. There may need to be some flexibility with the hours, so it does not interfere with the lives of the individuals that live in our homes. There may also be some flexibility to work five, 8-hour shifts or four, 10-hour shifts.
