Description

We are a well-established painting and construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in painting and construction who can manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, scheduling, and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to schedule and manage multiple crews simultaneously Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Effectively manage crew members and recommend resources for each project Identify, price, and process project change orders Communicate clearly with both new and existing customers Attend project meetings, scope reviews, and walk-throughs Procure materials and equipment as needed Read and interpret contracts, blueprints, and construction documents Maintain accurate project plans and job costing throughout the life of each project Monitor and control labor and materials to ensure profitability Qualifications, Education & Experience Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience in the painting and construction field (required) Previous painting experience required (commercial or residential) Superintendent or shop experience is a plus but not mandatory Strong computer skills and proficiency in blueprint reading Ability to work independently and as part of a team Monitor and control projects through the administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure timely, on-budget completion Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships Excellent prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment Ability to write clear, detailed reports Clean driving record required Skills and Abilities Familiarity with commercial painting and coating contractor operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and a critical thinker Ability to attend walk-throughs and accurately determine cost factors Strong computer and mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate analysis within deadlines Compensation & Benefits $35–$55 per hour or $65,000–$100,000 annually DOE Company Truck + Fuel Card Paid Time Off Retirement plan with company match after 90 days Opportunities for growth within a respected and expanding company 👉 To Apply: Send your resume and a brief summary of your experience to office@allterrainpaintingnw.com or call 253-514-0997.

Tasks include, but are not limited to: -Installing drawer guides and hinge plates -Hanging doors on cabinets -Installing shelf clips and shelves -Installing drawer clips, drawer fronts, and the drawers themselves -Installing applied doors -Installing specialty items from Rev-a-Shelf (lazy susans, drawer inserts, recycle centers etc..) -Sanding cabinets in the stain room -Gathering and wrapping loose items (trim, fillers, loose shelves, paint or stain, putty that matches the color of stained cabinets) -Loading the truck and filling out the necessary paperwork to ensure all items on the delivery checklist are aboard the -truck prior to leaving for deliveries -Moving cabinets (must be comfortable lifting cabinets and moving cabinets on their own; should be able to lift at least 75lbs on their own as cabinets can weigh in excess of 150 lbs when fully assembled)
