Local, established, busy construction firm in need of an individual with a variety of skills, beginning with but not limited to the entire gamut of a busy office—everything from answering phones, to scheduling installations, to writing blogs, to all secretarial work. The ideal individual must be trustworthy, dependable, and capable of multitasking. This person must be highly skilled in human resources. Please have a sense of humor and don't take things personally. This is a construction firm. Monday-Friday 8-4:30. $1,200.00 per week. The Leasing Agent is the front-facing representative of the property, responsible for resident relations and day-to-day operations that support high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and proactive in managing leads, move-ins, renewals, and service coordination.
