ShareInside Sales & Office Support Representative Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Office Support Representative to join our team full-time. This position is responsible for driving sales growth through customer engagement, accurate order processing, and account support. In addition, the role provides direct assistance to the Sales Manager and helps with general office operations as needed. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. • Provide product information, pricing, and technical details to customers. • Prepare and send quotations, follow up on open quotes, and convert leads to sales. • Manage reorders, renewals, and upselling opportunities. • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system. Order Management • Accurately enter and process customer orders. • Track shipments and delivery status; coordinate with logistics, operations, or purchasing. • Assist with resolving billing, payment, or return issues. Sales Manager Support • Assist the Sales Manager with reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups. • Generate and update sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Office Support • Answer general office calls and route them appropriately. • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents. • Support other office staff with administrative tasks as needed. • Contribute to maintaining a professional, well-organized office environment. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Previous inside sales, customer service, or office support experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Enterprise, and CRM systems (or willingness to learn). • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed. ________________________________________ Compensation & Schedule • Salary: $55,000 per year • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday ________________________________________
