Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and flexible Onsite Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English, have strong communication, administrative, and technical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and employees to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays. Proficient computer and technology skills, including MS Office, HR/recruiting software, and online collaboration tools. Mid-level administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients.
