Role Overview As Test Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive testing system from scratch. You will collaborate with R&D, product management, logistics, and formulation teams to validate every product through structured manual testing, sensory panels, and consumer research. This is a critical role ensuring product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
