$1,000 / 3br - One Roommate Wanted for Available BR in our 3BR Apartment (Flushing Queens)

We are looking for one roommate to fill the available medium sized bedroom in our 3 BR apartment. We have a wonderful landlord who provides plenty of heat and monthly extermination, does all major repairs, and pays someone to take out the garbage. Flushing is safe, unique, and incredibly culturally rich. It's known as a foodie paradise and it has all the amenities you possibly could need withing walking distance (doctors, grocery stores, movies, department stores etc...). The building is a 3-minute walk from the Murry Hill LIRR stop and a good 10 min walk to the 7 at Main Street. Utilities are about 70$ a month (WiFi, gas, and electric only. Heat is included in rent). We are both cis gendered people who are travelers. Sebastian is a 23-year-old crew member for Delta Airlines at Laguardia airport. I am a 48-year-old queer woman who is artist with a job at the NYC Department of Education. We are clean, kind, supportive, responsible, and looking for the same in roommates who are down with creating a queer safe cooperative home.
