Marin Academy is seeking candidates for their Boy’s Junior Varsity Basketball Head Coach position. In addition to having strong basketball knowledge and coaching experience, candidates must be professional and positive and have flexible afternoon and evening schedules. A strong candidate for this position would have head coaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate levels. The official basketball season runs from November 3 through early February. Qualifications: Previous successful coaching experience at the high school level, preferably within the previous four years. Collegiate-level playing experience in this sport is highly desirable, with high school-level playing experience expected as a minimum requirement. Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to implement effective coaching theory, strategies, and techniques appropriate for high school athletes.
