Assembly position using basic hand tools to assemble various components in quantity, with a possibility of on-the-job training across other areas of manufacturing. It's a growing company with a great culture, and very low employee turn over to prove it. Clean, modern facility is enjoyable to work in. Pay depends on experience, starting at $16/hr but can go up if you have added relevant experience. Paid vacation, 401k, health and dental, overtime, and bonuses are available. Key Responsibilities: • Layup carbon fiber composite materials according to engineering specifications and production schedules. • Prepare and maintain molds and tooling for part fabrication. • Conduct quality checks throughout the layup process to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards. • Monitory curing and executing finishing of composite parts. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Document production data, including materials used, part numbers, and production times. • Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to improve processes and product quality. • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of composites manufacturing techniques.
