Trump is pushing new capital gains tax break plan along with lowering interest rate to 1% that will send home prices skyrocketing . Trump says that would be great, that means the filthy rich will get even richer and pay less on their stock gains and be able to buy up more homes this way ONLY the very wealthy will be able to buy a home. Everyone else will have to rent at insane prices or live on the streets.
