Job Type: Full-time-Salaried plus Commissions We are seeking an individual in the home remodeling field. An experienced carpenter or project manager who is outgoing and comfortable estimating and selling the projects. You will be responsible for working with homeowners and bringing small projects to contract, then managing the project through completion. Most leads come through our CRM where the client would schedule an initial phone call with you. Responsibilities include: project planning, estimating, material ordering and managing the project execution from start to finish. Ideal candidates have extensive handyman and/or remodeling experience and understand local codes. Our small project division manages projects that range in price and scope from $200 to $50,000. These projects typically require no design work. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has reached a place where they no longer want to do field work. You must have your own tools and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and be willing to learn. To be considered, you must have some experience in remodeling, vs. new construction. We work directly with homes built prior to 1960. ***MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
