Description

Looking for a multi-talented individual who has proven carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills. Need to be able to improvise and make things work in an emergency. Must be able to run conduit, work with PVC, repair and replace electrical plugs, repair docks, operate submersible pumps, and a variety of other useful skills related to keeping a large private marina running smoothly. Must also be able to operate power and hand tools as necessary to get the job done. Fast problem solving skills are a must. Daily activities include, but are no limited to: Climbing ladders, changing light bulbs, painting, replacing electrical plugs and switches; repair and replacement of faucets, water pipes; extensive dock repairs; general facility repair and maintenance. Must be a detail oriented self starter who is able to problem solve and work well with others. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 or more years of general maintenance experience.
