We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand tools. The Carpenter will work on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. We are a well established and highly regarded carpentry contractor servicing builders and remodeling contractors across the Metro for over 50 years. Framing and finishing new construction is 20% of our business. The rest is high-end remodeling. We do everything from new kitchens to new windows, to a complete remodel of office buildings or restaurants to a complete overhaul of a home, like tearing off the roof, adding a second story and replacing the roof. We do about 700 high-end remodel jobs a year. We work year-round, offer great pay, health, dental, vision, life , STD, LTD, PTO, paid holidays, direct deposit, hiring and referral bonuses, and more. *We usually work four ten-hour days to get three day weekends.* However, during the winter months we go back to five, eight-hour days due to lack of sunlight.
