Position Overview: The Foreman, or Lead Technician, will be responsible for overseeing jobsite installations, managing crews, doing project installs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and train installation teams on commercial job sites. - Install and service commercial doors, frames, and hardware with precision and efficiency. - Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are consistently met. - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience installing and servicing commercial doors, frames, and hardware. - Prior experience leading installation teams within the commercial door/frame/hardware industry. A Plus: - Commercial locksmithing experience. - Carpentry and/or hollow metal welding experience.
