Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finish Grade Dirt Foreman who can both lead a crew and operate heavy equipment to perform precise finish grading on construction projects. Experience with GPS machine control systems (e.g., Trimble, Topcon) is highly preferred. Skilled in operating a variety of heavy equipment for grading and dirt work. Knowledge of soil types, moisture conditioning, and compaction methods. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities. Driver’s License: Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
