We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with an active, unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in good standing to oversee a specific construction project. This is a 1099 contractor position paid hourly, with the potential for ongoing projects based on performance and availability. You will ensure the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, meets quality standards, and complies with all building codes and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of the designated construction project. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site crews. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Cut, design, and sew neck warmers from upcycled cashmere - Use existing patterns and design direction while making thoughtful color and layout choices for each unique piece - Maintain high quality and consistency across production runs - Help develop and document efficient production systems - Work primarily in the studio using provided machines and tools (some flexible off-site work possible) - Communicate clearly about timelines, progress, and challenges About You - You have experience sewing garments. Home skills are great.
