What you will Bring: • Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting. • Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail. • Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation. Swimming Pool Service Technician & Helper Pool Ninja is currently hiring for two positions. We are hiring a Weekly Pool Service Technician as well as a Technician Helper. The Service Technician Position The Service Technician will drive to 20-30 residences daily to conduct regular weekly maintenance including balancing pool water chemistry, and netting and brushing pools. With our 4 day workweek schedule, our technicians value their time away from work with their families and return to work recharged and ready to go. Candidates for this position must have a great verifiable work history, a good driving record, and be in good health with the ability to work in all weather conditions. For this position we would like to see a good job history with a verifiable job history average of at least 1.5 years at each employer. Experience is preferred for this position but not required.
