ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking dependable and compassionate Paratransit Drivers to provide safe and timely transportation for individuals with mobility needs. This role is critical in ensuring passengers reach their destinations comfortably and efficiently. Multiple shifts are available to fit your schedule. Available Shifts: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM Applicants must specify their preferred shift when applying. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those using mobility aids. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Adhere to traffic laws and company policies. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers, caregivers, and staff. Keep accurate records of trips and passenger information. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs. Requirements: Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required). Clean driving record. Ability to provide excellent customer service, especially to individuals with special needs. Ability to work the designated shift reliably. Must pass a background check, drug screening, etc. Prior paratransit or similar driving experience is a plus but not required. What We Offer: Competitive pay. Main Duties and Tasks of Engineering and Maintenance Department Preventive maintenance programme. Carry out proposed renovation of guest rooms or public areas. Fire and Safety procedures. Any Emergency Procedures. Back-up System (Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and UPS Backup) Fix any water leaks (isolation points). Maintenance calls logging and action. Ensure all types of equipment are checked regularly for proper and efficient operation. Regular tests of fire prevention system. Maintenance request forms filled out for all equipment or areas in need of repair All guest requests are given priority. Emergency lighting. Plant and Equipment Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).

Familiarity with frame carpentry, welding, masonry, and assembly techniques is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience with concrete forming and finishing is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
