SharePay: $18.00 per hour Job Summary TRADESMAX Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Semi-Skilled Laborer to assist in the assembly of Total Energy Recovery Wheels for HVAC systems. The role involves supporting skilled technicians in the manufacturing process, handling materials, operating basic machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment. Duties Assist in assembling and installing components of Energy Recovery Wheels Safely handle and transport materials Operate basic tools, including a personal impact drill (required), under supervision to prepare and secure components for assembly and installation. Maintain a safe, clean work area Work closely with assembly technicians, supervisors, and other laborers to meet project goals and deadlines. Experience Must have impact tools and hand tools Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physically fit; able to lift up to 60 lbs Willing to learn and take on new tasks This position will require that you work 12 hour days (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) and 7 days a week for the entire project.
