The selected applicant will perform a variety of program and project management support activities, including, but not limited to: Applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives Analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules. This role will work closely with stakeholders to support reliability analytics across our network. This role will apply non-machine-learning analytical techniques to data, answer defined business questions and transform findings into actionable insights. This Technical PM will collaborate with management to scope problems, pull and analyze data, and deliver clear, compelling presentations to a variety of internal audiences. This is a long-term consulting engagement, and qualified candidates must be able to work in office in Denver, CO. Candidates that live outside of Denver metro area will not be considered for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with an estimated salary range of $130-140k. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems. Essential Job Functions: • Power Distribution, Signal and Lighting Design • Single line Diagrams and Panel Schedules • Lighting Fixture Selection and Schedules • Lighting Control Diagrams • Title 24 Compliance Calculations • Review shop drawings and specifications • Review, comment and process equipment and system submittals • Visit job sites for field investigations • Voltage drop, load and demand calculations • Coordination with other construction trades and disciplines • Back check of own work for accuracy and completeness before submission to others • Perform coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, process and all electrical trades • Coordinate work with the project specifications or equipment buy-out • Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer • Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors • Perform other duties assigned by Director of Engineering Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering a plus • Minimum 2-Years of experience in electrical systems design a plus • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel • Experience with Revit & Navis Manage a plus • Reasonable knowledge of the NEC as well as building codes and ordinances • Broad knowledge and experience with power and lighting design • Understanding of sustainable design and LEED Documentation a plus • Documents and archives work pursuant the Prime Electric standards
