Tacolicious marina is looking for a bartender (marina / cow hollow)

Position Summary: To provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each bartender primary objective is to show our guest such a marvelous time, so they will return again and again. The overall role of the Server and Bartender at Tacolicious is to: Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guest feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to take care of them Make recommendations you genuinely feel the guest will enjoy Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services. Take beverage orders from guest Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guest in a timely manner Perform sidework at the start and end of each shift as required Maintain clean service areas Monitor and observe guest dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courtesy to any request Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process payment Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise Be ready and willing to assist busboy and resetting tables Thank the guest for their visit and invite to return Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the management staff Must be available nights and weekends.
