WORK SCHEDULE IS 5 DAYS A WEEK,
TUESDAY-SATURDAY, 8AM-4PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-MAKING PASTA
-MAKING FOCACCIA
-MAKING ICE CREAM
-MAKING SAUCES
-MAKING EMPANADAS
-ABLE TO MAKE NEW DISHES THAT THE CHEF PRESENTS ON THE SAME DAY
-PREPPING FOOD STRICTLY ACCORDING TO THE CHEF'S RECIPES
-RECEIVING DELIVERIES
-SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
-READING RECIPES IN ENGLISH!
-STORING FOOD ACCORDING TO D.O.H & CHEF STANDARDS
-LABELING EVERYTHING
-DAILY/WEEKLY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
-RESTAURANT OPENING
-WORKING SOLO AND MAINTAINING RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPACE AND FOOD
-ALWAYS MAINTAINING A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED SPACE
-FLEXIBLE HOURS FOR WORK EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS
