What You’ll Do: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain a Aggregate truck to deliver product to residential, commercial and industrial job sites. Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation. Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental and DOT regulations. Ensure product quality and order accuracy. Maintain positive customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service. Keep your truck clean and free of buildup, for optimal performance and professional appearance. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred (willing to train for concrete). Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred), current DOT medical card, and an insurable driving record. Experience in Aggregate delivery or other construction-related trucking is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate with dispatch, co-workers and customers. Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in all weather conditions. Flexibility to work varying start times, overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed. I need somebody who is strong. Reliable respectable knows how to read the room. I’ve been doing this for 10 years so you will train with me to start. Starting pay is 20 per hour. You get gas money I’m looking for a team that can work well together and complete moving jobs together whether that somebody you work well with or somebody I provide you with it’s a very good way to make a living schedule, must be flexible. It’s just how the moving business is. You must be strong because you have to carry things up and down stairwells dressers. I would not ask anybody to do anything I couldn’t do myself. I just started in the area a week ago and I’ve already done 10 moves. I’m new to the area but plan on establishing myself quickly which I’ve already done once I have a second team we can take on more work. This is all about building together.
