What You’ll Do Perform all phases of residential carpentry work—interior and exterior—with precision and craftsmanship Support the Project Manager in delivering work to contract specifications and client expectations Supervise and mentor carpenters as needed, providing guidance and feedback Coordinate and inspect material deliveries for quality, accuracy, and timeliness Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and security at all times, protecting client property and minimizing hazards What You Bring You’re a confident professional with excellent technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
