Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in service and maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to perform basic plumbing activities as needed. We are looking for a professional who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. • Install and replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and controls. • Perform basic plumbing activities, such as minor repairs, troubleshooting leaks, and assisting with plumbing-related service calls when necessary. • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions. • Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s professional image. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technology. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience. • Certifications: EPA Certification required. NATE Certification preferred. • Plumbing Skills: Basic plumbing knowledge preferred, with a willingness to perform minor plumbing tasks when needed. • Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail. • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle tools/equipment safely.
