I have 4 marine diesel engines bthat need some TLC. Nothing heavy, no rebuilding the engines, trouble shooting, Maybe even oil changes. Need a trouble shooting type person with experience. Part time job, hours are flexible, identifying problem, ordering parts, doing install. Have your own hand tools. Indoor work, not outside on the ground. I have help for you for any heavy lifting or if you need a hand.

We’re looking for Concrete professionals with at least 5 years experience in flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter, and more. The right candidate will bring precision, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats, • Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability. • Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc. • Free hand ramp, curb & gutter. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English. Duties: • Perform detailed take-offs • Do Daily reports • Material ordering • Ability to travel to remote locations • Estimating for change orders • Testing and start up of systems & test reports • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage systems. • Utilize hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks, ensuring precision in all installations. • Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and prolong lifespan. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and general contractors, during remodeling projects. • Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working in confined spaces. • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Skills: • Skilled in managing construction schedules • Skilled in handling logistics for remote projects • Skilled in working on fuel, natural gas, hydronic heating systems and glycol systems. • Ability to read technical data, and submittals • Knowledge of local and state codes, Uniform Plumbing Code. • Manage crews • Sizing of equipment, calculating heat loads • Doing assessments, troubleshooting & diagnostics for emergency repairs and upgrade projects • Coordinate with Lower tier subcontractors such as insulators, controls, TAB services • Basic computer skills, including email, scanning programs, construction software, PDF's, and Microsoft applications such as Excel & Word • Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks. • Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations related to installations. • Experience with pipe threading techniques for various types of piping materials. • Ability to read blueprints accurately to guide installation processes. • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for integrated projects. • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties. • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in maintenance person services or remodeling projects is beneficial for diverse job responsibilities. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of plumbing work.
