Imperial Maintenance Services, Inc, is an industry leader in the commercial cleaning industry in the local area. With continued growth in the area, we are looking to hire more janitorial staff, and supervisors. We are currently seeking janitorial staff both part-time and full-time and also looking to add more are supervisors. The specifications of the positions are: Janitorial Staff - Performs cleaning services using proper equipment and supplies and follows procedures for safe use and operation. - Cleans facilities, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias. - Remove trash, replace plastic trash bags. - Dusts and polishes equipment, furniture, or fixtures. - Cleans tables and microwaves. - Vacuums carpets, sweeps, mops, and deodorize floors. - Cleans walls, arranges furniture, and cleans window blinds. - Uses correct chemicals on all surfaces, fills all dispensers. - Maintains quality of work and customer satisfaction. Responds to customer requests according to established procedures or refers to supervisor. - Clean spills promptly. - Cleans and maintains custodial equipment to ensure proper operation and safe condition. - May wax and buff floors on a regular basis. - May operate equipment such as a cardboard bailer. - May monitor inventory and supply areas. - Perform other duties and special projects assigned. *Wages are based on contracted wages Supervisor Staff -Provide coverage in the specified area -Must be available evenings -Must be able to work as a backfill when needed -Be able to Lead 20-50 employees -Ability to Lead, Guide, Direct and Train -Good Communication Skills -Ok with cleaning & cover cleaning as needed -Must have Valid D.L -Supervisor/ Lead & Janitorial experience is required! -Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus! -Good communication skills -Ability to use applications such as Word, Excell, PowerPoint and other software programs *Wages are based on contracted wages If you are interested, please contact Brenda Guerrero at (209) 889-4381
