ShareImmediately, seeking female Personal Care Aid/Companion to work weekends and possibly back up during the week. Right now I have Saturday 4-10pm, Sunday 8-4 and 4pm until 10 pm as well as back up various times during the week when other staff take off. This position is thru Exceptional Family Resources and background check necessary and clean drivers license. $19.50 an hour. I also have overnights available for back up 10pm-8am. On overnights, you can watch tv, read etc. Great for students, moms, etc, who want to make some extra money. $18.10 an hour thru PPL formerly thru AccessCNY. I live in Riverknoll Apts. I have a cat. I use a wheelchair and have my college degree. The day and evening staff help me with all ADL’s and transfers via.electric sit-to stand or track system and also personal care. This is includes meal prep, driving me to shop in my modified van, toileting and light housework. My existing staff and I will provide specialized training on my sit to stand and track system. Overnight duties are just reposition and help toileting if necessary during the night while you relax and get me dressed and in my wheelchair in the morning. There is a lot of down time.
