We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on production environment and is eager to be part of an innovative cannabis manufacturing company. Because this position involves travel between facilities, reliable transportation is required. About the Role We produce emulsions that enable cannabis extracts to be infused into beverages, using a proprietary process designed for consistency, stability, and quality. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and running batches, following established SOPs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Training will be provided, but prior production experience in cannabis, food, or beverage manufacturing is strongly preferred. This is a full-time role requiring regular work at a hemp facility in Eliot, ME, as well as our regulated cannabis facility in Georgetown, MA. You will need to pass a background check for licensing at the Georgetown site. Key Responsibilities -Produce cannabis emulsions according to established procedures and quality standards ****Travel regularly between Georgetown, MA and Eliot, ME facilities as needed**** -Communicate effectively with the team regarding production schedules and needs Preferred Background -Prior cannabis production or extraction experience preferred -Background in food, beverage, or kitchen production strongly valued. Familiarity with GMPs a plus -College degree preferred, but not required -Must be 21+ and able to pass background check for cannabis licensure Manufacturing Activities -Working with electronic balances, hot plates, and industrial processing equipment (homogenizer, overhead mixers, pumps, etc.). Training will be provided -Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality Control documentation, and SOPs Technology Activities -Batch and Quality Control reporting in online software -Spreadsheet data entry, data processing, and basic function writing -Strong attention to email, calendar, and text communications Our Culture We are a small, collaborative team of four that values innovation, attention to detail, and a shared commitment to quality.
