Description

We’re growing and need to hire two more energetic individuals to join our great team of people who’ve been working together for years. A busy over-the-counter service-style restaurant is seeking a trained third-wave barista/server/runner to join our team. You must have prior experience as a server and third-wave barista training. (You’ll be tested.) Some of your responsibilities include taking orders, running food, bussing tables, preparing alcohol drinks, juices, and working at the espresso machine, among other tasks. Must be able to be on your feet for multiple hours and be able to lift minimum 50 lbs. We’re looking for a hardworking, responsible, and reliable individual who’s passionate about their work and willing to go above and beyond. You should have initiative, a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail. You must be committed to bringing your best game every day. Knowledge of hospitality is essential. You must be available to work on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule. (No exceptions!) You must have a CA Food Handler’s Card and an RBS Alcohol Certificate. We expect you to be scheduled between two and four days a week. Our business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, but we’ll be expanding our hours soon, which is why we’re hiring.
