Established Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for their residential community, in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for an energetic manager who has in depth, working knowledge of marketing multi-family communities, Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of property management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing, highly reputable management company! Job Responsibilities: • Manages all aspects of assigned community. • Responsible for leasing units as soon as they are available. • Schedules, inspects, and arranges apartment maintenance to meet company standards. • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and address resident concerns or issues. • Advertises and markets vacancies to attract tenants. • Collects rents and handles operating expenses. • Oversee staff of three and assess performance. • Processes resident re-certifications in a timely manner. • Schedules and oversees contract vendors. • Maintains proper payroll for the property. • Other duties as assigned. Experience and/or Qualifications: • Must fully understand property management and its financial aspects. • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management. • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software. • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation. • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills. • Well organized with excellent time management skills. • Section 42 Tax Credit experience is a plus. • Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines. • Must provide excellent customer service and be customer focused. Compensation: Competitive salary package This is a Full-Time position with a full benefits package including paid holidays, PTO.
