I am moving out of my room, and my 67 year old mother who needs a stable, professional and private individual to rent the room. Youll have the master, which has a walk in closet. No ceiling fan or light. Must provide that. Youll have your own private half bathroom with a shared shower room. She is a retired chef, so she loves to cook and feed people. She would prefer if you came with only bedroom stuff. Maybe an air fryer but she will have alot of the necessary cooking utensils. Room will be ready and available Nov 1st. Rent is due on day of move in 850$ a month that includes all utilities. Must be pet friendly. Small esa pet only. No cats she is allergic. The condo is nestled in the back. Very quiet neighborhood. Very chill people. Plenty of parking. We are near the mailboxes and the bulk trash and recycling. Less than 5 mins from the 40. Sheetz was just built next to us!
