For children: Tire swing, twig swing bench, washbasins, christening bench, wagon, antique trike, wheelbarrow, plus many other classic children's props. 2) Window light shooting area 18x12 and 11' ceilings. Includes: a) The window light area can also be used as a gallery or reception area. b) Twin bed, window sil, carpet, brown vinyl floors c) Window scrims for diffusion and privacy curtains. 3) One bathroom / dressing room. There are many great restaurants nearby. We are located in between American Trophy and Renau hair salon. Linda's been here since 1987. There are great shooting locations outside the studio one block away including the San Joaquin river, fishing piers, train tracks and the Antioch Marina which includes some nature trails just 5 blocks away. NAME: Rivertown Creative Studio COSTS: Rent $250 per month. Month to Month. Unlimited use. Share a calendar with a small group of other artists. There are a limited amout of members so everyone has adequate calender time. Most important is the artist have there freedom. That everyone gets along, comes from a place of love, appreciate and support for their fellow artist. Utilities: all utilities included. Applications: Required $ 25 non-refundable background check fee. Join: Refundable $300 security deposit. Monthly rent $250 Must show proof of business liability insurance. Owner Linda Johnson is a retired Portrait Photographer that wants to continue to keep the studio open to the public, offering low price to photographers to help them get their business established like it was done for her in the beginning. A lot of calls still come in from word-of-mouth and the long term at this location, the calls are referred to the photographers that are members by Linda.
