Based out of Jacobus, Pennsylvania, we primarily service clients in PA, MD, DE, and NJ, although we travel as necessary for our clients. We specialize in renovations, remodels, and the installation of pallet racking, conveyor systems, high-speed doors, mezzanines, and modular structures. Job Specific Skills: · Install, relocate, or remove racking or conveyor systems, mezzanines or modular offices in warehouses and factories · Operate basic hand tools - tape measure, drills, impact, etc. · Operate a fork truck and scissors lift- training provided · Safely work on installations while 2 ft to 50 ft in the air typically on a scissors lift (elevated platform lift) · Follow instructions from lead/supervisor · Understanding plans and prints, floor layout is a plus, but willing to train. · Work in a team environment. · Work independently on tasks as assigned. · Learn, grow, and live our company values of Faith-Family-Integrity-Devotion Qualifications and Education Requirements: · General construction skills and tool knowledge. · Ability to work on your feet all day, as well as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling · Ability to lift 50lb or more · No sensitivity/fear of working at heights · Reliable Transportation Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) helpful, not required Benefits include: · 90% company-paid health insurance · 3% match retirement · Paid time off · 9 paid holidays · & more FLSA & Employment Status: This position is classified as non-exempt.
