As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. In hiring front desk staff, we are looking for people who are: · Passionate about fitness and healthy living · Positive, upbeat, and comfortable talking to people · Honest, reliable, and humble · Hard working and take pride in what they do · Quick learner, savvy with online systems and computer usage · Calm under pressure Responsibilities of front desk staff include: · Opening up the studio and prepping for class · Checking customers in and helping set them up on the bikes · Wipe down bikes and clean up room after each class to prep for the next · Wash/Dry towels, check inventory, straighten up restroom, etc. during down time · Facilitate transactions (classes/water/merchandise) using WellnessLiving system · Cleaning shelves, counter tops, cabinets, as needed · Close up the studio at end of last class
